Blended Athletics
Welcome to Blended Athletics. Our Customer Relations Management Software (CRM) provides visitors and customers with information about us.
By opting into our communication program, users can expect to receive messages related to their membership and fitness journey at Blended Athletics. This includes class reminders, schedule updates, facility information, and occasional promotional offers. Our goal is to keep you informed and motivated as you work towards your fitness goals with us. Message frequency may vary, but expect both SMS and email communication that is focused on enhancing your experience and helping you stay on track.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to 902-405-3580.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive occasional messages or calls from the team at Blended Atheltics. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

1. Rights and Conditions
You may access and use the content on our CRM (e.g., text, images, and data) solely for personal use. Unauthorized use is a breach of these Terms of Use, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by such violations.

By using this CRM, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes the collection of data from forms, communication preferences, and information for marketing purposes. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Blended Athletics. These messages include appointment reminders, facility information, and occasional offers. You can opt out by texting STOP at any time. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your personal data.
3. Account Registration
To purchase Blended Athletics services or products, you are required to create an account within our CRM. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Your account usage is governed by these Terms of Use and any additional agreements you agree to during the purchasing process.
4. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed within the CRM are the property of Blended Athletics. You may not use these without our express written permission.
5. Social Media & User-Generated Content
If you interact with Blended Athletics on social media platforms, be aware that such platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content shared on third-party platforms. Any user-generated content you share with us (e.g., comments, suggestions, testimonials) can be used by Blended Athletics for promotional purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
The content within our CRM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Blended Athletics is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the CRM or its content. If you are dissatisfied with the CRM, your sole remedy is to discontinue using it.
7. Termination
Blended Athletics reserves the right to modify or terminate access to the CRM at any time without notice. Blended Athletics provides fitness-related services, including classes, personal training, and access to gym facilities. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, changed or cancelled offerings as needed.
