GROUND ZERO – GROUP CLASS

If you are looking to build strength and confidence in power lifting and olympic lifting these classes are for you. You will get the most of your workouts with our well structured programming and a supportive environment. These fitness classes are designed to help you imporve your technique, build muscle and help your refine your barbell skill work
