STAMINA - Group Class
STAMINA classes are a great way to get in shape and meet like-minded people. These classes will help you to build your endurance capacity and confidence in each workout and help you get closer to achieving your fitness goals. Like HIIT or a bootcamp style training, these classes are always changing to give you a great variety that keeps you coming back for more.
These classes are full-body-focused and are designed to increase your aerobic fitness. They are programmed to help you become comfortable being uncomfortable and are all about setting your mind to the task at hand and trying to push yourself to accomplish the daily goal of fitness!
