COMPETE

• This programming style focuses on building a strong foundation and improving fitness efficiency and strength. It is to do after the Ground Zero workout to help compliment your training and give you extra work!

• It includes OLY positional work, aerobic capacity engine building, and gymnastics capacity bodyweight building.

• The programming also incorporates retests, light positional work, longer aerobic sessions, and EMOMs to help athletes perfect their bodyweight movements.

• If you're looking to improve your performance or build a muscular physique, this program is perfect for you. In addition to structured workout plan, our open gym space provides a flexible and customizable environment for you to train and execute these workouts on your on schedule.

• Part A of each FLEX workout will consist of Functional Strength elements, which test athletes against movements and positions that have the most carry over outside the gym.

• Part B of each FLEX workout will consist of Bodybuilding elements, which will hit exercises regularly that train each major muscle group.

• Occasionally, we will introduce a Part C into the mix of FLEX, which will be conditioning based and completely optional.
