My training programs utilize a variety of equipment including barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises. I break down these movements and emphasize proper form and engagement to help my clients perform them safely and effectively. Depending on each client's unique goals, I adjust the movements, reps, and sets to ensure they achieve optimal results. To maximize their progress, I also periodize their programs, gradually increasing the intensity and complexity over time. My training programs are designed to help my clients build strength, improve their overall fitness, and achieve their specific goals.
We will prioritize mindful eating and establishing healthy habits surrounding food. Rather than providing meal plans, I will work with you to identify areas for improvement and gradually introduce new habits that will be sustainable for life. By educating you on macronutrients, building a healthy plate, and appropriate portion sizes, you will gain the tools and knowledge needed to make informed decisions about your food choices. My approach is gradual and sustainable, aimed at helping you build a strong foundation for long-term success in your health and nutrition goals.
