Train in the Blended HYROX environment with added strength focus and skill progression.

• 2 Barbell Strength Sessions per week
• 1 Sled Skill + Drill Session with accessory work
• 2+ HYROX classes (train with the team, compete with intent)
• Independent programming structure to follow outside class
• Friday Ultras access
• Initial onboarding session
