Blended Athletics is the best outfitted gym in the HRM and one of a small few Eleiko equipped gyms in all of Canada.  We boast more than 118 feet of Evolution pull-up rig, 50 barbells (including 20 women bars and 5 training bars), 3000 pounds of Hitemp bumper plates, 3000 pounds of Klokov competition plates, 8 Concept 2 rowers, 5 Assault air bikes, 4 Again Faster GHD’s and 2 Again Faster drive sleds with 12×100 feet of arena turf… just to name a few!

Don’t worry about leaving the gym sweaty! We have 4 brand new showers, multiple changing rooms, and deluxe vanity area (fully stocked with hairdryers and straighteners) to freshen up before heading out into the world! All showers and change rooms are individual, and wheelchair accessible! We also offer full towel service, and a hip lounge area to relax, munch up, and chat with friends before and after workouts!
