My biggest goal when working with my clients is to connect your mind to your body to gain control over your physical movements.
With careful attention, you can understand the movements that you unconsciously do and learn to make adjustments in order to optimize performance.
Learning how to recognize what is going on in your body is key for precise movements, to recognize unnecessary tension, and recognize when you deviate from the correct form.
As a trainer, I take a personalized approach to training, recognizing that every person is different and has unique needs and goals.
In contrast to some trainers who may treat people like a spreadsheet and use cookie-cutter programs, I prioritize individuality and personalization in my approach. I believe that everyone’s fitness journey is unique and that the solution is never the same for every person.
