  • You’ll get the most out of your workouts with structured programming and a supportive environment. Our fitness classes are designed to help you improve your technique, build muscle, and refine your barbell skill work. 
  • Our athletes are able to see clearer progress because they work on the same lifts for weeks on end based on the phase and cycle of program that we are in. The conditioning work compliments the strength training on that given day and will help you to find variation and stay motivated to accomplish your goals while still allowing you to achieve the best possible results from your training.
  • Programming in Ground Zero takes advantage of constant variation and linear progression to help you stay passionate about style of fitness we provide in these classes. With this strength and conditioning program that is consistent and allows you to improve and master your Powerlifting and Olympic lifting through functional fitness training – Metcon training program.
