Description
- This programming style focuses on building a strong foundation and improving fitness efficiency and strength. It is to do after the Ground Zero workout to help compliment your training and give you extra work!
- It includes OLY positional work, aerobic capacity engine building, and gymnastics capacity bodyweight building.
- The programming also incorporates retests, light positional work, longer aerobic sessions, and EMOMs to help athletes perfect their bodyweight movements.
